These guys did a tremedous job. Serge was the team leader of my project. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the project status. Through his efforts, the project was completed ahead of schedule with high quality results. I appreciate all he did to make the project a success. Areas where my expectations were exceeded by GVD Renovations include quality of work, timeliness of completion, quality of materials, customer service, communication, site clean up and cleanliness, and professionalism. I would re-hire these guys in a NY minute. They are hard workers, they stick to their schedule, and have a customer mindset which I truly appreciate.

My overall experience has been great. My house had many wood sidings with dry rot replaced, sunroom demolished, wood beams removed and entire house painted. The workers came on time, courteous, worked hard and fast and yet delivered quality product. Communications with the workers and owner were maintained throughout the process. They clearly want any of my concerns be addressed and met. I am very happy with how my house is repaired and transformed into new colors. All my neighbors complimented on how it turned out. Nice!

GVD Renovations removed our wood siding and replaced it with fiber cement siding. Their professionalism, attention to detail and overall quality cannot be matched. The quote was detailed and fair, the work was done as agreed and to our satisfaction. Everyone was a delight to work with, from the original estimate, the communication with the project manager, scheduling, quality of work and final clean-up - they were more than professional. I am very pleased with their service and work. I contracted with GVD to replace 10 windows with vinyl windows, install vinyl soffits, replace rotted trim and install new siding for my home.
