This role requires a results-driven professional with a proven ability to identify, pursue, and secure commercial projects in multifamily, apartment complexes, and other commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target commercial opportunities in the multifamily, apartment, and commercial sectors.
• Research and bid on commercial siding and window replacement projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, developers, and general contractors.
• Develop and execute a strategy to grow GVD Renovations’ commercial portfolio.
• Work closely with estimating and production teams to ensure competitive and accurate bids.
• Utilize Procore or similar construction management software to manage bids, projects, and communications.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and local commercial project opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or estimating within the construction or exterior renovation industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial bidding processes and contract negotiation.
• Experience in siding and window replacements is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Procore Construction Software is strongly preferred.
• Ability to network and develop relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
